Our Process
We’ve designed a process for consultation and software development that we call Discover, Design, Develop, Do.
1. Discover
We analyse your business from the ground up to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement, prioritising the optimisation of processes, infrastructure and support. We assess the way that technology is being used to achieve company goals.
Once this analysis phase is complete, we present you with our findings as well as a plan for how we might overcome any obstacles discovered and achieve the desired outcomes of your project. The result is a clear, logical and reliable guide for the project team.
2. Design
We design a solution to reach the goals set out in the discovery phase.
This is an phase where creative solutions are built and experimentation is encouraged. The aim is not to immediately create a production ready solution, but rather to test our findings from the discovery phase. The outcome of this phase is an MVP (mimimum viable product) that is ready to be scaled to serve its purpose in production.
3. Develop
Here’s where the action is! We take the output of the design phase, adjust it and scale it to a degree where it is ready for production usage. The outcome of this phase is a fully scaled solution that is secure and adheres to best practices and runs in the cloud. This can be achieved solely by our development teams or using a consultative approach to assist your team in implementing the solution.
4. Do
Once all the hard work of creating your production ready solution is done, the project goes into an execution phase, where it is launched into production. From here, you have the option of keeping us on a retainer to maintain and support your platform, or we can hand it over to your IT team and give them appropriate training to provide them with the appropriate expertise to operate and maintain it. Just because the project is finished doesn’t mean that we just disappear – we’re here if you need us.
